Food Court in Fresh Market

Problem Description
A food court in a fresh market in Bangkok was experiencing bad odor from the grease trap, greasy floor, and flies. Chemicals and detergents were not able to solve the problem.
Solution
EmTec-SC Fizzytabs was used daily to clean the floor once in the food court; EmTec-Grease Trap Fizzytabs and EmTec-FM tabs were used weekly in the grease trap.
Results
After the use of EmTec products, the food court floor was not greasy anymore; no flies or cockroach were present around the food court. Odors in grease trap were eliminated and the grease trap cleaning was reduced to once every two weeks.
