Problem Description

Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd. Gateway Plant is one of the biggest car manufacturing plant in Asia with a production capacity of 200,000 units per year. A solution was needed to improve the bad odor emanating from the grease trap and the septic tank, and the BOD and FOG levels exceeding standards.

Solution

EmTec-SC Fizzytabs was applied every day in sinks. EmTec Septic Tank Fizzytabs was applied everyday in bathrooms.

Results

After three days of treatment, the bad odor was eliminated and after two weeks, the BOD levels were below standards.
